The board of directors for Amrize, Chicago, has appointed Mario Gross as president, building envelope, effective Sept. 11.
Gross has been a member of Amrize’s Executive Committee as its chief supply chain officer since the company’s listing on the NYSE in June 2025. He previously served as COO of the building envelope business from 2024 to 2025, where he led operations to establish the segment as a leading provider of commercial and residential roofing, weatherproofing and insulation systems. Gross also has held various commercial and operational roles at Holcim and Sika.
